McCoy Sikes joined PYD in Winter 2022 after relocating from the San Francisco Bay Area. There, he worked as an assistant art teacher, designing and conducting lessons in a variety of artistic disciplines. He graduated from Bates College with a BA in Psychology and concentrations in art and anti-racism.

From his time working one-on-one in art classes with students with disabilities, McCoy developed a passion for helping all underserved young people succeed.

McCoy loves to create art and is an avid trumpet player. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
