An Amazing Experience for PYD at the Naukabout Music Festival

Partners for Youth with Disabilities had such an incredible time working with Naukabout as the charitable partner for the 2013 Naukabout Music Festival.

The Festival featured a special performance by Sally Taylor, PYD spokesperson and singer/songwriter extraordinaire, and Aline Haunton, singer and participant in PYD’s Access to Theatre and Making Healthy Connections programs. In case you missed their heart-warming rendition of Ben Harper’s “Waiting On An Angel,” you can view it here!

Naukabout Beer Company has been a sponsor of Partners for Youth with Disabilities’ Summer Series since 2012 and continues to be a gracious supporter to PYD. “Born on the beaches of Cape Cod,” Naukabout  is a family-oriented company who “truly value the important things in life which are spending time with family, good friends and doing the things we love to do. “

The Naukabout Festival – a celebration of music, beer, food and art – has been a summer time staple on Cape Cod since 2008 and a large part of the festival each year has been supporting local nonprofits and charities. This year, Naukabout chose to honor PYD as their charity of choice. Aline and the other PYD Ambassadors featured in the video below introduced themselves and Partners for Youth with Disabilities to the Naukabout community through a social media campaign in promotion with the Festival.

The PYD Staff and Ambassadors would like to give a sincere thank you to the Naukabout Team and all of the kind and supportive individuals we met at the festival – we appreciate you making our involvement such a success!
