We offer live trainings--either in-person or remote--on a variety of disability inclusion topics. Our trainings are designed to be most useful to youth-serving nonprofits, but their concepts are applicable to any organization that is interested in being more inclusive to people with disabilities. They are useful for staff at all levels of an organization, from front-line staff to administration to marketing to leadership.
All sessions involve audience participation and are designed in accordance with the principles of Universal Design for Learning. Staff are guaranteed to leave each session with concrete takeaways that they can use to make immediate improvements in inclusion practices.
Our trainers have years of experience in direct service work, and can relate first-hand with the challenges faced by trainees. We''ve been on this road before and know the twists, bumps, and potholes to expect; we''re here to give you the map so you can navigate with ease.
Trainings are available either in-person, remote, or as private webinars. Most trainings are 90-150 minutes long, and there is the ability to customize the timing to fit your organization.Pricing for our trainings is a combination of staff time for preparation and presentation, travel cost, and supplies cost. If interested in a specific quote, please contact us so we can figure out what sort of training would best fit your needs.
