The Susan M. Daniels Disability Mentoring Hall of Fame was established by the National Disability Mentoring Coalition (NDMC) to honor those individuals who are making a significant difference in the lives of youth and adults with disabilities through mentoring and to raise awareness about the importance of mentoring for individuals with disabilities.
We are proud to induct Bob McDonald into the Susan Daniels Disability Mentoring Hall of Fame.
Robert (Bob) McDonald is Vice President, IBM Support Transformation Training and Globalization. In this role, Bob leads IBM enterprise wide initiatives focused on improving the IBM Client experience, most notably across IBM Technical Support and IBM Training. Bob’s leadership role of transforming the IBM Support organization, includes the development and deployment of cognitive computing solutions across IBM Support using IBM’s industry leading Watson technologies.
Bob is also the executive sponsor for the IBM Training and Skills program responsible for IBM’s worldwide education model for all IBM Business Units. Bob is the IBM Senior Location Executive for the IBM Software Lab in Littleton, Massachusetts.
He resides in Massachusetts with his wife Mary Ellen and their three children.
