Coaching or Consulting

Four people at a table, all discussing inclusion In addition to our trainings and online offerings, we provide one-on-one inclusion coaching and support to organizations and individuals.

Many organizations like to have some remote or live trainings, but then also receive some individual coaching and support through their process of improving their accessibility. We''re glad to create custom training packages based on your needs and interest.

Our inclusion coaches have years of experience in direct service work, and can relate first-hand with the challenges faced by trainees. We''ve been on this road before and know the twists, bumps, and potholes to expect; we''re here to give you the map so you can navigate with ease.

Job Readiness

Student studying a 3D printer during a field tripOur YEP career readiness program is an inclusive job-readiness program that addresses barriers to employment for youth and young adults with disabilities. Annually, we serves over 85 students in both classroom and after-school settings.

YEP has existed for over 16 years and has impacted the lives of hundreds of youth. The program addresses barriers to employment via a three-tiered curriculum:

Academic Learning
Youth complete coursework regarding financial literacy, career-readiness, and entrepreneurship.

Real-world Experiences
Classroom learning is supplemented by guest speakers, job shadow days, field trips, and trade shows.

Mentoring
Mentors from the business community assist youth in the classroom via guest lectures, job shadow days, and mock interviews.
