Lindsay Alperin is the Youth Services Director at Partners for Youth with Disabilities. Lindsay is passionate about supporting the development of career readiness skills and increased independence for youth with disabilities in an inclusive setting. In her role, Lindsay provides oversight of all aspects of PYD’s youth programs.

Lindsay has worked with individuals with disabilities across the lifespan in a variety of settings including schools, homes, and hospitals as an occupational therapist. Her background and hands-on experience are critical for this role as she has witnessed first-hand the barriers individuals with disabilities and their families face in everyday activities.

Lindsay received both her Bachelors of Science in Health and Science Studies and her Masters of Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, cooking, reading, and being outside.
