Antonela Prifti is the Assistant Manager of Youth Outreach & Enrollment at Partners for Youth with Disabilities.

Prior to joining PYD, she was involved in a variety of roles supporting the holistic health and development of urban youth ranging from residential to research settings. After graduating, she spent two years working for Somerville Public Schools as a Lead Teacher for the Community Schools Program and Academic Interventionist. Antonela’s experiences as an educator highlighted the importance of mentoring for all people, and the value of maintaining meaningful relationships. She has taught classes that promote self-esteem, self-expression, and mindfulness.

Antonela will be managing the outreach and enrollment of youth and volunteers involved in the Mentor Match and LENS programs. She is excited to focus her efforts on empowering youth with disabilities.
