Mentor Match Success Story

A mentor and his 21-year-old mentee both have visual impairments. The mentor, who loves music and works as a DJ, is totally blind. The mentee, who has some sight, is enrolled in community college studying to become a sound engineer. The mentee enjoys creating music, but he especially likes being a DJ: Lucky for him, since his mentor has been able to bring him onto his radio show! This has been a real thrill for the mentee, who is able to put what he's learning in college into practice. This mentor has brought his mentee out of his shell, giving him confidence and enthusiasm.
