Program Time Requirements

Let's move on to discuss program time requirements, which differ for Mentor Match and Partners Online.

Mentor Match Time Requirements

• You must have telephone or email contact with your mentee at least once per week.
• You must have a get-together (in-person contact) with your mentee at least once per month.

Partners Online Time Requirements

• You must have at least two email or chat exchanges with your mentee per week.
• You must have a get-together (in-person contact) with your mentee at least once every three months.

**Additional time requirement for POL program: Mentors are asked to complete evaluation surveys to help PYD improve its POL program. Some evaluations are completed on a quarterly basis and some three times per year.
